Wales Lotto Football Shorts (36”-38” Waist)

Wales football shorts made by Lotto so I’m guessing early to mid 90’s. Tag says 44-46 waist but this is not correct, I am 36-38” waist and they fit perfect. Drawstring waist. Wales logo is embossed into the shorts. No pockets. Excellent condition from a smoke free home
