The issue with this bike has been frustrating for me since I purchased it, and I am glad I did - it's definitely made the commute home from work much more enjoyable.

I've tried reaching out to the seller directly to see if there's anything they can do to minimize the noise, but so far, no luck.

I was really looking forward to riding my new bike, but after only a year and a half I'm left feeling frustrated and let down by Sunny Absorb. The pedal broke off mid ride without any warning or explanation - it's not like I've been neglecting it, I just didn't realize I needed to take action sooner.

Sunny has failed me in a serious way, saying that the issue is covered under warranty outside of their own country. It's a ridiculous claim, as if this makes up for the fact that they have no intention of helping me out when my bike breaks down on me.

I'm now being left to foot the bill for repairs, which I've had to do in order to avoid getting hurt while trying to get it fixed myself. This is unacceptable, and a serious sign that Sunny has lost any regard for their customers' well-being or safety.
