These blocks are made from very firm chip foam, which is manufactured from various grades of polyurethane foam, the end result is a firm marbled chip foam, perfect for yoga blocks. All the blocks are 12" x 8" (30 cm x 20 cm) and use the drop down box to select from a full block 2" (5 cm) or a half block 1" (2.5cm).
