M 2012/13 Vintage Adidas Chelsea Football Club Home Shirt The Shirt has been worn but is in okay condition. Does have a large pull to front of the shirt on the neckline which has split and formed a hole, there are a couple of smaller pulls to the bottom of the front of the shirt and there are some white marks to the bottom of the back of the shirt.
