Leonard seems to have considered such slow rods, with short length and low line weight, as ideal for dry fly action. Includes aluminum case, rod bag, and extra tip. The reel seat has several very small dents, and the tip has a barely noticeable bend, but it is in beautiful condition, likely unused.
