Review: Great machine. They were very helpful and asked us to take it apart and see if the resistance wire was creased. They have already sent it within 24 hours. After a bit of a fiddle the two of us only had to detach the front nuts and the pedal nuts and it was indeed the sensor wire so this must be a problem that happens.
