Judge for yourself as some would pass as new, from the photo of the actual balls- they are balls the kids have found and washed: Some would pass for new, others vary as found, some were one hit wonders, of course some have some wear, pen marks, pen names, printed names, light scuffs etc but none are refurbs, I would use any of these to play a competition with- please ask any questions
